Flame cutting is the best method of cutting carbon steel plates in the thickest range.

The cutting sides are nice, the meltdown is minimal. Our experiences shows that the components that being cut in this way need follow-up machinework, this is why we tuned our technology to their needs. Maybe our prices are not the lowest, but our quality in flame cutting is very high, and as a result of this, the less machine work makes the total cost less.

What is this means?

For example, in case of a 100mm thick plate the difference between the upper and lower contour size is usually under 1mm, 1,5mm max. This is a 0,5mm difference at each side, and in most cases the machine work is not necessary, or if it is, then it’s costs are being reduced. Make a calculation, it is worth it’s price.
