The principle of laser cutting, it’s technology

Laser cutting is belonging to the family of thermical cuts. According to it’s nature it is a vapor cut.

This means the material vaporize in the cutting gap in it’s full thickness, and the blast blows away the generated metal vapor. By focusing the laser ray we get the appropriate material density which results in the melting and vaporizing of the materials. We get the continuous cut by the sequence of interlaced holes. The cutting gap is as small as possible where the material’s union doesn’t happen. The specifications of laser cutting:
