In our opinion, quality terms are the most important points of a firm, which you cannot spend too much energy.
Why? Because for Nifex Ltd., like other companies, the most important thing is the continuous ordering, and obligating it’s capacity. The formula is simple, the satisfied customer is the basis for continuous ordering. The satisfied customer is that customer, who gets a high quality product before the agreed deadline. The high quality product is that which the customer needs, and satisfied one’s needs completely, maybe beyond one’s needs. One bounds the agreement for this, and expecting it rightly.
Our goal couldn’t be other, than produce high quality and faultless products, and we designed our manufacturing and verifying system in the spirit of this, we obtained our certifications and this is why we are monitoring our customers’ ideas, opinions, and experiences.
