Manufacture / Production of semi-finished products as a subcontractor

By producing semi-finished products we mean that when the component is being processed and assembled by the customer and the Nifex Ltd. as a subcontractor prepares the components with or without primary commodity insurance.

• Producing even from the smallest metal components to compile a complete railway train it spreads over a wide area. Few examples without the claim of completeness.

o   Cut and bended profiles in various sizes.

o   Machined, corroded components

o   Welded components, modules

o   Insulator element with perforated plate covering

Many years of our experience shows that the precision of the semi-finished products is more important than the precision of the end-product.

If we use our size dispersion range that still permissible then we make our customer’s life harder. The more precise the component during the manufacturing in the first phase, the more margin we can reach in the final phase.

We pay special attention to the following areas:

• Cutting precision

Essential part of a good component:

• Deburring, edge welding, dampening

An inaccurate edging can cause problems to our customer that is impermissible, besides it isn’t good to work with burred, and inadequately component.

Edge bending

Many people can bend a plate, but only some of them can bend it in the good way. Edge bending is a separate profession, and it needs lot of experience and continuously check besides the learnt knowledge. This operation depends from the raw material; even the best machines needs continuous check because the perfect bending of the first pieces don’t guarantee that every bending will be the same.

Producing semi-finished components which are prepared for further work phases is not an easy task.

We are not who finish the work, but we must be certain that there cannot be a problem with our consignment during the manufacturing process you do. This is why we use the same system even at the smallest or most simple components as at the most complex components. There are no exceptions at a qualitative work.
