At Nifex Ltd. in the past few years we consciously developed our cutting capacity to satisfy our customers’ needs in the biggest range.
That become clear under many years of operating what cutting technology when shall be used, what are its advantages and disadvantages. We can provide 3 types of plate cutting options:
Laser cutting
- To 1500x3000 board size
- Carbon steel: to 20mm plate thickness
- Stainless: to 12mm plate thickness
- Aluminum: to 25mm plate thickness
Plasma cutting
- to 2000x3000 board size
- Carbon steel: to 25mm plate thickness
- Stainless: to 25mm plate thickness
- Aluminum: to 25mm plate thickness
Flame cutting
- to 2000x3000 board size
- Carbon steel: to 150mm plate thickness
The components are being cut from autocad drawings according to the asked number of pieces, or we even draw it on request for a fair price.
From the generally used plate sizes we own a stockpile and expand it continuously.
We would highlight our supply of stainless, we holds supplies to 25mm thickness to satisfy the incurred cutting needs in the fastest way. We will provide similar stocks from carbon steel and aluminum plates, too.
This means, that in Pest county, on our site in Vác, we are able to satisfy any needs in the area of cutting from logistics and by various modern cutting (laser, plasma, flame etc.) technology.
